With this project the team was asked to snap an ancient countryside artifact in central Tuscany from years of neglect. This original Tuscan rural building was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. We rehabilitated the entire exterior Tuscan masonry wall and improved the structural integrity of the building. From a very rustic rural building the team converted it to a private house with modern touches and feel, while conserving the traditional Tuscan style to blend it with surrounding luscious nature and neighboring fattorias.
A new electric heating system and advanced technology solar panels were installed to decrease the energy footprint of the building.
The present owners enjoy now a comfortable modern family home with traditional Tuscan touches.
